**Production Supervisor**
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day manufacturing activities, which includes organizing production timelines and guiding the efforts of leads and operators. This role entails ensuring that all products adhere to quality benchmarks while fostering a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace. Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing context. A solid understanding of quality control protocols such as HACCP and GMPs is essential, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities and computer proficiency.
