**Job Title: Production Supervisor**
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising everyday manufacturing activities to guarantee safety, quality, and operational efficiency while adhering to delivery schedules. This role includes offering leadership, training, and assistance to production teams and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, which must include at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards, along with proficiency in computer systems, is essential; an associate degree is preferred.
