Job Summary
The Production Supervisor oversees the operations during the 3rd shift, focusing on achieving safety, quality, and productivity objectives. This role is crucial for managing the scheduling of production activities, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, and fostering the growth and development of the production team.
Responsibilities
- Lead 3rd shift operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Manage production scheduling to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in food manufacturing.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related environment.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
