Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities within the manufacturing sector. This role entails coordinating workflows, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining quality benchmarks. The supervisor will also take charge of guiding staff, enhancing processes, and upholding safety protocols as well as inventory regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate workflows across different production areas.
- Ensure that production schedules are met while adhering to quality standards.
- Supervise and provide guidance to production personnel.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies in manufacturing processes.
- Maintain compliance with safety and inventory management regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or process-oriented environment.
- Proficient in production workflows and operation of manufacturing equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
