Job description
The Production Supervisor leads a workforce of 25-50 team members to achieve production goals, maintain quality benchmarks, and drive efficiency improvements. This position involves overseeing daily production output, nurturing staff development, conducting performance evaluations, and managing controllable operating costs. Applicants should possess four to six years of pertinent experience along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or an equivalent mix of education and experience. A solid understanding of production methodologies and equipment, as well as the capability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, is essential.
