Job Summary
The Production Manager is tasked with supervising the master production schedule throughout all fabrication, machining, and assembly stages, ensuring timely delivery of products. This leadership role demands an individual capable of coordinating shop floor teams, maintaining precise ERP information, and fostering ongoing advancements in throughput and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the master production schedule to ensure objectives are met on time.
- Lead and manage shop floor staff effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ERP data.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in production quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within a complex, multi-process manufacturing environment, ideally in the aerospace sector.
- Comprehensive technical understanding of engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with ERP scheduling systems is essential.
- Must possess U.S. Person status to comply with ITAR regulations.
