Job description
The Production Team Member plays a vital role in the operation of robotic welding cells and assembly machinery to manufacture components for exhaust systems. Responsibilities include conducting quality inspections, keeping the workspace organized and clean, and engaging in ongoing improvement projects. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, alongside a minimum of three months of experience in a manufacturing setting. This position demands flexibility in shift scheduling, including potential overtime, as well as the physical stamina to stand for extended durations.
