Job description
**Job Title: Production Team Member**
The Production Team Member is responsible for managing robotic welding cells and assembly machinery to manufacture components for exhaust systems. Key duties involve loading fixtures, conducting leak tests, documenting production data, and ensuring a tidy and safe workspace. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with the flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting and a foundational understanding of welding or metal forming processes are advantageous.
