The Production Test Technician will support SMT production lines, perform PCB solder rework, and assemble cable harnesses. They are also responsible for troubleshooting first pass yield issues and developing mechanical fixturing solutions. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. The role requires the ability to work various shifts, including weekends, and the physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
