Job Summary
The Production Utility role focuses on ensuring the safe operation, configuration, and cleaning of production machinery to fulfill customer requirements efficiently. This position requires adherence to quality standards and involves routine maintenance activities, as well as contributing to the training of fellow team members.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and set up production machinery.
- Perform cleanup of production areas and equipment.
- Maintain quality control throughout the production process.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery.
- Assist in training new team members on operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is advantageous.
- Strong mathematical and reading skills are necessary.
