Job Summary
The Professional Land Surveyor plays a pivotal role in leading survey technicians and executing thorough boundary and title assessments. This position involves extensive research across different governmental sectors and managing the constraints of various projects. The individual in this role is also tasked with performing volume calculations and fostering collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee survey technicians to ensure high-quality output.
- Conduct boundary and title reviews with a keen eye for detail.
- Engage in comprehensive research at multiple government levels.
- Manage project limitations and perform the necessary volume calculations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution within established timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
- Extensive experience in both fieldwork and office settings related to land surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Carlson Survey software is essential.
- A successful history of managing survey crews effectively.
- Demonstrated capability in developing new business opportunities.
