Job Summary
The Program Manager will act as the main liaison for essential engineering-services clients, ensuring comprehensive project delivery, client contentment, and business development. This role involves leading diverse teams to carry out utility design and subsurface engineering initiatives, with a focus on fostering account growth and securing subsequent business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete delivery of engineering projects for key clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the execution of projects related to utility design and subsurface engineering.
- Drive account expansion and identify opportunities for follow-on work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex engineering contracts within the public sector.
- Established history of achieving account growth.
