Job Summary
The Program Manager will act as the main liaison for important engineering-services clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and fostering commercial development. This role involves directing cross-functional teams to implement utility design and subsurface engineering initiatives while exploring and generating new business prospects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients in engineering services.
- Oversee the complete delivery process and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in executing utility design projects and subsurface engineering tasks.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities within the sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing intricate public-sector projects.
- Proven history of account growth and development.
