Job Summary
The Program Manager functions as the main liaison for significant engineering-services clients, overseeing comprehensive project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering commercial development. This role involves leading cross-functional teams in the execution of utility design and subsurface engineering initiatives while pinpointing opportunities for enhancing account growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for key clients in engineering services.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead diverse teams to carry out utility design and subsurface engineering projects.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding account relationships and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Demonstrable experience managing engineering contracts in the public sector.
- Strong background in utility design and project controls.
