Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing field operations related to HIV street medicine projects. This role encompasses the initiation of new teams, as well as the optimization of existing workflows. Additionally, the manager will be instrumental in creating both regional and national collaborations to ensure the longevity of field teams and to enhance the overall scope of the program.

- Oversee field operations for HIV street medicine initiatives.
- Launch and manage new teams effectively.
- Streamline and improve operational workflows.
- Establish collaborative efforts on both regional and national levels to sustain field teams.
- Expand the program’s reach through innovative strategies and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of experience in managing community health programs.
- Valid driver’s license and a capacity for frequent travel to field locations.
