**Job Title: Program Officer**
The Program Officer will oversee specific aspects of grantmaking and program initiatives, which includes managing workstreams and undertaking research activities. This role also entails representing the Fund at various events, nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and tracking the performance of grants. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a pertinent field and a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in applied research and philanthropy. Essential skills include strong project management, analytical abilities, and effective communication, along with specialized knowledge in workforce development, health, or youth pathways.
