**Job Title: Program Specialist**
The Program Specialist is responsible for carrying out technical, administrative, and compliance-related duties to enhance the Housing Choice Voucher program. This includes assessing client eligibility and overseeing caseload assignments. The role involves conducting interviews with clients, managing the processing of housing assistance payments, and investigating any program violations to uphold regulatory standards. Applicants should have a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of applicable experience in property management, social services, or assisted housing. Key qualifications include a strong understanding of program regulations, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work on-site.
