**Job Title: Programmer**
The Programmer plays a crucial role in developing and adjusting CNC programs specifically for sheet metal fabrication via CAD/CAM software, maintaining accuracy through stringent quality assessments. In addition, this position involves mentoring new machinist operators and working closely with colleagues to enhance production workflows. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a production programmer within a machine shop environment and be skilled in G and M codes. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, along with the capability to understand GD&T and execute manual machining operations.
