The Project Accountant will be responsible for administering the monthly draw processes for construction related to real estate projects and ensuring adequate insurance coverage for multi-family properties. This position will also entail the management of reimbursement grants linked to case management initiatives as well as assisting the finance department with auditing, budgeting, and financial analysis tasks. Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor of Science degree in business, accounting, or finance. A solid understanding of cost accounting principles, financial accounting standards, internal control mechanisms, and expertise in financial software is essential.
