Job Summary
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of project execution to guarantee that deliverables are met on time and within the allocated budget. This position serves as the main point of contact among various stakeholders, including customers, engineering teams, purchasing departments, and the production floor, to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with customers, engineering, procurement, and shop floor teams to define project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget constraints.
- Act as the primary liaison to facilitate collaboration among different departments.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing sector or with rotating equipment.
- An associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience is required.
