Job description
The Project Manager oversees the management and administrative duties related to construction projects, which encompass cost estimation, scheduling, and financial reporting. This role involves liaising with owners and design teams and managing the buyout process alongside selecting subcontractors. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline with at least a 3.0 GPA. Furthermore, candidates need to have 2 to 5 years of experience in design/build work with a general contractor.
