Job description
The Project Manager will oversee the design and coordination of dry utilities from their origin to the building. This role encompasses the entire workflow, from the initial planning phase to the actual installation. Responsibilities will include filing applications with utility companies, overseeing project budgets, and performing site inspections to ensure the project scope is accurately implemented. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical dry utility design or equivalent industry knowledge. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are necessary for this role, which involves regular client interaction.
