Job Summary
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding and organizing site maintenance programs, offering engineering support, and driving operational enhancements at a biopharmaceutical facility. This position is key in ensuring that all initiatives align with regulatory standards and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate site maintenance efforts and engineering assistance.
- Supervise maintenance schedules and manage technical vendor relationships.
- Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations.
- Drive initiatives aimed at operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in project management, site upkeep, or engineering in a regulated manufacturing setting.
- Extensive understanding of maintenance planning and equipment systems.
- Proven capability in leading cross-functional teams.
