Job Summary
The Property Manager plays a crucial role in the management of daily operations within the community. This position involves direct oversight of both leasing and maintenance teams to achieve financial objectives and occupancy targets. Establishing strong relationships with residents, ensuring the upkeep of the property, and implementing company policies are key functions of this role.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in multifamily housing property management.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
