**Job Title: Property Manager**
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance personnel, and fostering positive relationships with residents at a designated housing property. This role entails ensuring adherence to HUD regulations, overseeing rent collection processes, and upholding property standards in alignment with the agency’s mission. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, accompanied by a minimum of three years of experience in housing management, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity. Applicants must also have or be able to acquire certification as a Public Housing Manager or in Asset Management within one year of employment.
