**Property Manager**
The Property Manager is responsible for the management of industrial properties, focusing on achieving optimal performance, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and fulfilling financial goals. Duties include managing vendor agreements, supervising team members, and upholding operational standards, all while providing reports to senior management. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of experience in the commercial or industrial property management sector, with a solid grasp of lease administration and financial processes. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred, and proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office is essential.
