Job Summary
The Property Manager II is responsible for overseeing housing management strategies, ensuring high occupancy levels, and adhering to funding compliance. This role involves managing the financial aspects of the property, supervising maintenance personnel, and promoting a secure living atmosphere for residents.
Responsibilities
- Direct housing management processes to maintain optimal occupancy rates.
- Oversee compliance with funding regulations and relevant laws.
- Supervise maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Manage the financial operations of the properties.
- Create and foster a safe and supportive living environment for tenants.
Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience in property management, particularly with properties that have more than 50 units.
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
- Demonstrated ability in budget management and financial documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is essential.
