Job description
The Property Technician II is responsible for researching, negotiating, and securing easement rights and real estate for municipal initiatives. This role involves maintaining clear and professional communication with stakeholders, while also ensuring that documentation for property use and contracts is precise and up-to-date. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in property acquisition or disposal, along with a valid driver’s license. Essential skills include the ability to interpret legal documents, maps, and construction plans to effectively conduct property research and negotiations.
