The Product Technician 3 plays a critical role in the operation of production equipment to fabricate, assess, and package products in alignment with predetermined quality benchmarks. This position involves overseeing production workflows, conducting inspections, and ensuring thorough documentation of both production and quality metrics. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have no more than 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to read blueprints and utilize SPC tools effectively, as well as possess the physical capability to operate machinery and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
