Job Summary
The Psychiatric Technician plays a crucial role in offering direct care and support to adult residents, focusing on their mental, physical, and emotional health. This position involves engaging in the execution of treatment plans and contributing to the continual development of these plans to enhance resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support and direct care to adult residents.
- Ensure residents’ overall mental, physical, and emotional health is maintained.
- Actively engage in the application and adjustment of treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing treatment planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- At least 6 months of paid or volunteer experience in the mental health field.
- A valid driver’s license is necessary.
- Must be able to successfully complete all required background checks and clearances.
