Job Summary
The Psychologist will provide expert psychological services to individuals by conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering therapy based on established best practices. The role includes interacting with patients to support their mental health and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify issues and develop treatment strategies.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated with current research and practices in psychology.
Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice psychology in the applicable state.
- Experience in providing clinical supervision or mentorship is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques.
