Job Summary
The position involves offering diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic interventions, and comprehensive treatment planning for a varied client base throughout different stages of life. Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop tailored psychotherapy plans.
- Provide psychotherapy services to clients of all ages.
- Engage in regular case consultations and collaborative discussions.
- Participate in Grand Rounds for professional development and case reviews.
- Utilize reflective supervision practices to enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications
- A master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field.
- Possess full, independent, and unrestricted licensure in Minnesota, including LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC.
- Minimum of two years of experience in outpatient psychotherapy after obtaining a master’s degree.
