**Customer Experience Coordinator**
The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for supervising front-end team members to guarantee timely and friendly service while encouraging participation in loyalty programs. This position entails training employees, overseeing point-of-sale (POS) operations, and ensuring a tidy and well-organized store ambiance. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year’s experience in retail along with six months of leadership experience. Flexibility in schedule is essential, including the ability to work evenings and weekends, alongside excellent communication skills.
