**Job Title: Merchandise Manager**
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of store operations, which encompasses truck processing, inventory management protocols, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines. This position also involves leading on the sales floor, strategizing workload distribution, and training staff to maintain a store that is ready for customers at all times. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leadership. The role demands the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, lift weights of up to 50 pounds, and adapt to a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
