Job description
The Personal Trainer is tasked with providing high-quality training sessions while actively expanding their clientele through effective sales techniques, outreach efforts, and client retention practices. This role involves performing movement assessments, developing tailored training programs, and maintaining a clean and professional atmosphere within the club. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or GED along with a nationally accredited personal training certification, in addition to CPR and AED certifications. This position necessitates strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the physical capability to use club equipment.
