Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide patient-centered care on a per-request basis (PRN), delivering assessments and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. The role requires a depth of clinical knowledge and the ability to work flexibly to support rehabilitation goals effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and detailed assessments to determine treatment needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans focused on rehabilitation and recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse patients.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and flexible work environment.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
