**Job Title: Supervisor of Package Handlers and Clerks**
In this role, you will oversee package handlers and clerical staff to guarantee safety, efficiency, and the timely fulfillment of daily operations. Key duties entail providing training, monitoring team attendance, and fostering positive relationships among team members and management. Applicants must be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and should be open to a flexible work schedule in a dynamic warehouse setting. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with a bachelor’s degree and prior management experience being advantageous.
