**Job Title: Resident Care Manager**
The Resident Care Manager is responsible for leading the nursing staff and managing the everyday functions and caregiving services in a nursing unit. This role involves coordinating the processes for admissions, discharges, and transfers while prioritizing ongoing quality enhancement and favorable outcomes for residents. Applicants should be graduates from an accredited nursing program and possess a valid Registered Nurse license in Hawaii. A minimum of three years of experience in a hospital or long-term care environment is essential, with prior supervisory experience being advantageous.
