This role entails overseeing budgets, timelines, design integration, and upholding compliance with specialized safety and construction regulations pertinent to the healthcare sector. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a closely related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 15 to 20 years of project management experience. Mastery of MS Office, MS Project, and budgeting tools is essential, in addition to the ability to achieve certification as a Certified Healthcare Constructor.
