Job Summary
The Python Engineer specializing in Trade Operations will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining our trading systems and tools. This role involves using Python to improve trading operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the execution of trades and related processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust Python scripts for trade operations and process automation.
- Work closely with trading teams to identify needs and provide technological solutions.
- Optimize existing trading applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with trading regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python programming, especially in developing applications related to trade operations.
- Strong understanding of trading processes and financial markets.
- Experience with database management, data analysis, and scripting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
