The Quality Assurance Technician performs testing and inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. They also document results, manage sample inventory, and collaborate with production and regulatory departments. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 6 months of lab experience. A bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Chemistry and one year of quality assurance experience are preferred.
