The QE Automation Lead will own the automation strategy, framework architecture, and technical direction across multiple delivery streams. They will lead the transition from manual regression to pipeline-gated automation while mentoring engineers and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering with advanced hands-on expertise in Playwright and TypeScript. A strong background in building scalable automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and leading distributed teams in regulated or high-availability environments is required.
