The Quality Specialist will be responsible for performing audits, inspections, and on-site assessments to verify adherence to quality assurance standards throughout fiber optic and data center projects. This role includes offering immediate coaching to field teams and aiding in process enhancement initiatives to promote uniform execution. Applicants should possess field experience and a solid grasp of ISP and OSP architecture as well as the physical aspects of network systems. Excellent communication abilities and knowledge of QA/QC documentation and auditing processes are essential.
