Job description
The Quality Director will oversee the coordination of all quality systems to guarantee that products fulfill both company and customer requirements while sustaining ISO 9001/AS9100 accreditation. This role includes spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, conducting internal audits, and supervising changes to manufacturing processes. Applicants should have a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or engineering field, along with a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Furthermore, candidates must possess three years of management experience in quality assurance and hold certification as an ISO 9000/AS9100 Lead or Internal Auditor.
