Job description
**Quality Design Lead**
The Quality Design Lead plays a pivotal role in offering strategic quality guidance for the planning and initiation of a new manufacturing facility dedicated to high-potent small molecule drug substances. This position is responsible for ensuring that all design choices made for the facility comply with global GMP standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. Applicants should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or technical operations, with a particular focus on drug substance manufacturing. A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related scientific field is essential.
