Job description
**Job Title: Reliability and Quality Engineer**
The Reliability and Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing quality plans for both new and existing products, in addition to performing reliability testing and conducting root cause analyses. This role includes aiding in customer escalations and ensuring that enhancements in design and processes align with both engineering and marketing requirements. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or Operations Management and have 3-5 years of applicable experience. Expertise in technical documentation, data analysis, and quality management systems is essential.
