Job Summary
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and systems meet specified quality standards. This role involves analyzing quality assurance data, conducting tests, and working collaboratively with development teams to identify and rectify quality issues throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and standards.
- Conduct testing and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze quality metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for working with team members and stakeholders.
