Job Summary
The role of the Quality Inspector encompasses the evaluation of completed products, raw materials, and manufacturing processes to ensure conformity with defined specifications and work orders. This position requires diligent documentation of findings and the initiation of process improvement recommendations, ensuring compliance with all established quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of finished goods, materials, and production workflows.
- Document quality findings accurately and comprehensively.
- Propose enhancements to processes based on inspection results.
- Verify adherence to quality standards throughout the production cycle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- One to three months of relevant experience or training is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Adequate skills in reading blueprints and utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers.
