**Job Title: Quality Inspector**
The Quality Inspector is responsible for verifying that all stages of production align with company standards by performing visual and measurement assessments on incoming materials, ongoing production, and completed boats. This role involves recording inspection findings, ensuring the maintenance of equipment, and providing training to the production team on quality and safety protocols. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the boating industry or with Nautique and hold a high school diploma or equivalent certification. The position demands a keen eye for detail, the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capability to operate effectively in a manufacturing environment without climate control.
