Job Summary
The primary focus of this position is to conduct visual inspections of completed medical products, ensuring that they conform to the ISO 13485 standards as well as the organization’s internal specifications. This role involves meticulous documentation of inspection outcomes and tracking of scrap codes, while also offering constructive feedback to engineering and supervisory teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections of final medical products to verify conformity with ISO 13485 standards and internal specifications.
- Document inspection findings accurately and maintain records of scrap codes.
- Provide insightful feedback to engineering and supervisory teams to facilitate product quality improvement.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in using a microscope for detailed inspections.
- Candidates should possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to adhere to written instructions.
- Must meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
